Okay, so I have been thinking about how to word this review since I finished this book. First thing is first: this book is the best second chance love that I have read in a while.
There's a real build up of trust and having to show that there's a real change in character before either truly and fully commit to one another. It's also great because both Rhett and Mags have issues that they have to work through to be able to build their relationship.
I love the way the tension between them also builds, and all interactions feel so natural between them even when Mags doesn't want it to be that way. Understandably, but can't say why without giving away a big part of the book.
It's a great read and I don't think you'll want to put it down. Fantastic writing Kelsie!
